| Louisville Cardiology teams with Baptist |

After more than a dozen years of working informally with Baptist Hospital East, the nine-physician Louisville Cardiology Group has officially joined with the hospital, becoming part of Baptist Medical Associates.
Louisville Cardiology Group has worked closely with hospital staff in the past to speed evaluation and treatment for heart-attack and chest pain patients.
The group’s office will continue to provide its own chest pain unit, diagnostic testing and other services as outpatient services of Baptist East.
Rounding out the team for heart patients is Sam Pollock, MD, with Baptist Cardiac Surgery, part of Baptist Surgical Associates.
The board-certified cardiologists with the group are: Michael Imburgia, MD; Rudolph Licandro, MD; Mini Das, MD; William Dillon, MD; Brennan Haraden, MD; Jennifer Lash Crisp, MD; John Mandrola, MD; Rebecca McFarland, MD; and Thomas Tu, MD.
