Carteret General Hospital, a not-for-profit 135-bed hospital, is located on the beautiful Crystal Coast of Morehead City, North Carolina. Taylor Extended Care Facility, the hospitals long term skilled nursing facility, provides skilled services for residents who require specialized long-term care or short-term rehabilitation. Along with Eastern Carteret Medical Center and a complete pharmacy, the facility is located on the shores of Nelson’s Bay in Sea Level and offers on-site licensed therapists, full-time pharmacists, physician and nurses.
