About Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center
Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital has been committed to helping Houstonians live longer, healthier lives since 1983. Its highly skilled staff and affiliated physicians bring talent, technology and personalized care to the Northwest Houston community. Our facility is a 180-bed hospital, offering an array of services and specialties including a 24-hour emergency department, therapy and rehabilitation services, surgical services such as weight loss surgery, and a women's health center.
At Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital, we are dedicated to continuing our active role promoting the health of our Northwest Houston neighbors. Each year, the hospital sponsors several community screenings and corporate health fairs.
With the help of the Tenet Healthcare Foundation, donations have been made on behalf of our facility to several local charities that include the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce, Cy-Fair Division of the American Heart Association, Cypress Creek EMS, and the Cypress Fairbanks Educational Foundation. The Tenet Healthcare Foundation conducts philanthropic grant-making on behalf of Tenet Healthcare Corporation and its hospitals. The Foundation also provides grants to various educational, social services, civic and humanities-supporting organizations nationwide.
In our commitment to giving back to the community, Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center developed a Tenet Healthcare scholarship. Through the Tenet Healthcare Foundation, Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center donated funds to the Cypress Fairbanks Educational Foundation and the North Harris Montgomery Community College District to endow scholarships to persons seeking an education in the medical field.
