| Allegan General Hospital Combines Fun, Friendship and Health Education for Area Women of All Ages |

Allegan General Hospital is hosting an entertaining and educational Spirit Girls’ Night Out to help women find their “Best Health Now” on Saturday, October 18 from 4 – 7 p.m. at the hospital. The event is specifically designed to offer women valuable information about breast health, cardiometabolic syndrome, and bone and joint health as well as other fun pampering activities.
“As women, we are always looking for ways to maximize our time, and we often end up neglecting ourselves in the process,” said Jennifer Dentler, AGH’s Spirit of Women Coordinator. “Spirit Girls’ Night Out allows women to pamper themselves, enjoy time with friends and meet new people, all while obtaining health information that could profoundly impact their overall health and the health of their family members.”
Health education, various health screenings, and fun activities will be woven throughout the free three-hour evening to emphasize the importance of awareness of common health issues affecting women today. Besides these important educational segments, the night will also include spa activities, bra fittings, refreshments, prizes and more. This energizing and informative event will be held at Allegan General Hospital on Saturday, October 18 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Call the hospital’s Community Events Line at 686-4231 to register for Girls’ Night Out.
Spirit Girls’ Night Out is organized and hosted by Allegan General Hospital, a member of the Spirit of Women Hospital Network.
