| Expert in Pediatric Infectious Disease Joins Albany Med |

Roberto Santos, M.D., has recently joined the department of pediatrics at Albany Medical Center as a pediatric infectious disease specialist, and has been appointed assistant professor of pediatrics at Albany Medical College.
After receiving his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Santos received his residency training in pediatrics at the University of Santo Tomas and the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. He then completed his fellowship training in pediatric infectious disease and his master’s degree in clinical sciences at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
He is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
