An eight-hour classroom refresher, provided in two, four-hour blocks of time.

This eight-hour classroom refresher is designed to meet the specific needs of older drivers. The course reviews rules of the road, local driving problems, accident prevention and overcoming the effects of aging on driving performance.

This series of three classes helps participants gain comprehensive information, whether newly diagnosed or living with diabetes.

This series of three classes helps participants gain comprehensive information, whether newly diagnosed or living with diabetes. The class provides strategies to learn how to better care for oneself through diet, exercise, blood sugar monitoring, stress management and medication. If not controlled, diabetes can lead to serious complications such as heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, kidney failure and blindness. Classes are open to people who have diabetes and family members/caregivers.
