Do you suspect food rules your life? Overeaters Anonymous may be the answer for you. It is not a diet club, but a fellowship of people recovering from compulsive overeating.

PROSTATE CANCER SCREENING CLINIC-(8:00 AM - 11:30 AM)
Cost/Fee: FREE
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer among men. Men ages 50 to 75 are encouraged to sign up for a rectal exam and PSA blood test. African American men and men with a family history of prostate cancer should be screened starting at age 40.
Exams will be performed by the physicians from the Urology Group of Western New England. Cooley Dickinson Hospital's lab will provide the blood tests.
Pre-registration is required and a limited number of appointments will be offered. To schedule an appointment, call the Cancer Care Program office at 582-2028.

SUPER SITTERS - SESSION #2 of 2 - (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
A 2-session baby sitting course for teens.
Cost/Fee: $30.00
Teens from 11 years old and up are welcome. Participants must be able to attend both classes.

CARING FOR YOUR HEART - (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM)

Community members are invited to attend Caring for your Heart, a monthly educational program for people living with a heart condition, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. This month's discussion will focus on yoga for relaxation.
