Condell introduces a FREE drop-in cancer support group to bring inpatients, outpatients and their families together to share the challenges they face and inspire each other to lead full lives. This group includes patients who have been diagnosed with all types of cancer. We meet every Wednesday at 10 a.m.
Facilitated by Bill Casale, M.Ed. in counseling and Deacon Don Wheling, Condell’s pastoral care chaplain.

Know Your Metabolism
How many calories do you really burn in a day? During October, take this simple resting metabolic rate (RMR) test to determine the number of calories your body burns at rest. Then meet with a dietician from Wellness Services for a one-hour consultation including nutrition assessment, eating trends, and modification and lifestyle coaching. Fee: $120
