Apollo Samudra Hospitals was founded in the year 2005 by professional physicians and surgeons in association with the successful businessmen of Kakinada.
It was inaugurated on the 26th February, 2005 by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, in the presence of Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, Chairman of the Apollo Hospitals Group.
