Place the brush at an angle against the tooth,making certain that the bristles
are at the gumlines.gently brush the surface of each tooth using a short gentle vibrating motion.
Brush the outer surfaces of each tooth, upper and lower ,keping the bristles
angles against gumlines.Repeat the same method on inner surfaces of the teeth as well.
To clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth,tilt the brush vertically and make
several gentles up-and-down strokes using the front half of the brush.

2. How to Floss?
Break off about 18 inches of floss and wrap most of it around one of your middle fingers.
Wind the rest around middle finger of the opposite hand,leaving about one inch floss between your fingers.
Keeping the floss taut,slip it between your teeth using your thumb and fore-finger to guide the floss.Never snap the floss betwwen your teeth.Curve the floss in a C-shape around the side of
the tooth.
Slide the floss gently under the gums until you meet resistance and work it up and down
several times betwwen gum and biting surfaces on the both sides of the teeth.
Repeat the procedures between all teeth and on the back surfaces of the last molar.Move a frash section of floss into place between your fingers as necessary.
