HMH is a not-for-profit hospital located in Nashville, Arkansas. The facility's not-for-profit status ensures that all financial resources remaining after expenses are legally committed to improving the technology, patient services, and the facility.
The hospital is governed by an eight member, volunteer Board of Directors, which represents a broad spectrum of professional, business and community leaders. The Board of Directors is responsible for hospital compliance with legal requirements, the maintenance of professional and ethical standards of health services, and the sound financial management and operation of HMH.
