Situated on the north side of Lethbridge, Alberta, Extendicare Lethbridge is an accredited, 120-bed continuing care centre, including a supportive care unit catering to the needs of those with dementia. Extendicare Lethbridge takes pride in offering quality care to our residents. With 24-hour nursing and supportive care, as well as in-house rehabilitation services, we strive for excellence in all we do.
At Extendicare Lethbridge we understand that each resident's quality of life depends on an approach to care that combines input from residents and family members with individual assessments from a team of trained caregivers. This approach ensures that care and support is tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Our staff includes registered nurses, health care aides, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, registered dietitian, recreational therapists, music therapist, activity aides and social worker. Our health care staff is supported by an experienced administrative team.
