| Roche donates $1 million for translational research |

Roche Canada has established an endowed Roche Fellowship in
Translational Research with a $1 million gift to the Alberta Cancer Foundation. “Roche
stands for innovation in healthcare,” says Vice President Oncology Ciro Caravaggio.
“And we are impressed with the coordinated provincial research approach taken by the
Alberta Cancer Board and know we can make an impact here.”
“Translational research transforms lab discoveries into solutions at the bedside," says
Caravaggio.
