Congratulations to Jeff Reschke, our Manager of the Quarter! Jeff has been with LRMC for nearly 10 years and is the Materials Manager of Perioperative Services.
Jeff manages the supply budget, working and capital inventory for Perioperative Services, which includes the Main O.R., L&D, CVOR, PACU, Anesthesia SPD and the Ambulatory Surgery Unit. He also serves as Chair of the Surgical Services Value Analysis initiative for Surgical Services. Furthermore, Jeff works with the Purchasing Department to negotiate and maintain supply contracts, as well as with Revenue Integrity Services in order to assist with product charge codes, and finally with Accounts Payable in order to aid in the invoice payment process.
"If ever there was a go-to guy, Jeff Reshke is the one," the Accounts Payable staff said. "We wish we could clone Jeff."
In his life outside of LRMC, Jeff takes pleasure in spending time with his family and friends, as well as relaxing by working in his yard and garden. In addition, Jeff enjoys swimming, biking and running. Throughout his active life, he has completed 10 marathons (26.2 miles) and two Ironman Distance Triathlons (2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike and 26.2-mile run).
With all that energy, it is no surprise that Victor Rodriguez, Director of Materials Management, describes Jeff as "being everywhere at once" and emphasizes our Manager of Quarters "tireless dedication."
"Jeff possesses strong leadership qualities and a high degree of professionalism," said Margie Voyles, ASCC Manager. "He enjoys his role at LRMC and naturally displays the LRMC core values/behaviors every day." LRMC is fortunate to have a leader like Jeff onboard.
