The class will look at:
· The role of carbohydrates in blood glucose management.
· How to balance your carbs not eliminate them.
· Other factors that affect the body's ability to use carbs for fuel .
· Can sugar be included in your diet?
· How you can make food choices easier?
The class will be lead by a Registered Dietitian.
