Volunteer Information Meetings and Training |

Learn how you can help Coastal Hospice fulfill its mission to promote the dignity and quality of life for its patients by attending a volunteer informational meeting in Ocean Pines in February and March.
Volunteer Services Manager Judy Hunt-Harris will discuss how volunteers can help with the upcoming Coastal Hospice thrift shop in Berlin, scheduled to open in early spring, as well as help with office work at Coastal Hospice at the Ocean located in Ocean Pines.
The informational meetings are for anyone interested in becoming a Coastal Hospice Volunteer. The trainings are for anyone interested in working in the thrift shop or at Coastal Hospice at the Ocean. Volunteer training for those interested in working with our patients will be conducted at a later date.

Founded in 1980, Coastal Hospice is a private non-profit community program that provides traditional hospice services, palliative care, bereavement support, education and training to residents in Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester, and Somerset Counties on Maryland's Lower Eastern Shore. About 100 people are employed by Coastal Hospice and over 300 individuals volunteer. |
