Chesterton Medical Centre was built in 2002 on the old Chesterton Hospital site in Union Lane, Cambridge.
Chesterton Medical Centre has out-patient clinics run by Cambridgeshire Community Services. These clinics include Adult Speech & Language, Paediatric Speech & Language, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Podiatry, Incontinence clinics. Other services based at the medical centre are Assistive Technology Team, Falls Prevention Service, Health Visiting & School Nursing and Out of Hours Nursing.
