We have expanded our collaboration on pediatric care with Nicklaus Childrens Health System. Nicklaus Childrens Pediatric Specialists (NCPS) physicians provide pediatric emergency care at Baptist Hospital and at Homestead Hospital. Pediatric patients treated in a Baptist Health emergency department and requiring hospital admission will be transferred to Nicklaus Childrens Hospital to receive ongoing care. Baptist Hospital continues to provide neonatal intensive care, pediatric oncology services and inpatient oncology care as well as outpatient pediatric general surgical care.
