| Citizens Bank continues support to ARMC |

Rick Bowen, Community President, Tom Peters, Branch Manager, Pamela MacNeill, Don Bastian, and Mark Jacobs, of Citizens Bank presented the check Chief Executive Officer, Karmon Bjella, Development Council Chair Hal Neiman, and Development Manager Ann Diamond.
Praising the projects that the funds are being donated to, noting the "Enhancing the Patient Experience" is about providing patients with the little extras to make their stay at ARMC a little nicer, Bowen said, "It’s great to have something like this in Alpena," You have done an excellent job in forging ahead with this great facility and Citizens Bank is very proud to support the hospital and the Enhancing the Patient Experience program."
ARMC Development Manager Ann Diamond said that she is grateful to Citizens Bank for their continued support of the hospital. "We are truly thankful that Citizens has partnered with us on this project and we appreciate their ongoing support."
Two of the five Enhancing the Patient Experience projects are currently in place. Patients are enjoying the selective menu program and Internet Access. The remodeling of the ICU Waiting Room and Comfort Suite should begin soon, and on the horizon are the individual TV’s in patient rooms.
Citizens Bank again showed their generosity by renewing their Business Honor Roll membership to the Alpena Regional Medical Center Development Fund. Over the last 12 years, Citizens’ has generously supported the hospital by donating almost $40,000 |
