ARMC’s Community Health Department in partnership with the Michigan State University Extension, is offering a 6-week program designed to help parents and caregivers of girls ages 9 to 13 improve family eating and activity habits, entitled BodyWorks.
BodyWorks gives families the tools to make simple, gradual changes that help girls reach and maintain a healthy weight so they can grow to become healthy women.
Parents and caregivers play an important role in supporting child and other family members in these efforts. This program can help you do just that.
